If site access is limited or there are any exceptional circumstances (such as the kitchen being on the upper floor) we need to be made aware of this before attending site and additional cost may increase if we need to make adjustment for the fitting.
The warranty on installation of the worktops for private customers is 12 months.Any new build home or newly built extensions reduced to 6 months. (This is due to the property setting/moving) 
The warranty starts on the date of installation.
Please note for this warranty to be valid you need to make sure that all of the units are fitted correctly and level. All carcass legs must be correctly adjusted and fitted to manufacture guidelines so that they are touching the floor and tightened. If this is not done your units can move or drop causing the joint to crack.
1. This quote is valid until the expiry date stated above.2. If the material you have chosen is not stocked by us, we can not guarantee that it will be available for the duration of the quote. (Please call the office to make sure the material is available BEFORE paying a deposit.)3. Unless credit terms have been agreed, a £250 +vat deposit is required when you accept the quote. This will secure your material and book you in for a template. Once the deposit is paid this is NON REFUNDABLE.4. We are not responsible if there is not enough material for your job. the measurements on the plan attached to the quote must be accurate. if these differ at the template, an extra charge will apply to order more material.5. 50% payment to be made once the template completed, Final Payment will be required 24 hours before the installation date ulness terms are agreed.6. Please be aware that the position of the joints shown on the plan may change once the template has been done. If you have specific requirements please make us aware so we can inform the fitters.7. Please note that before we come to template the units and all panels have got to be fitted, in place and level. Your sink, tap, hob etc must be disconnected and on site.If the sink you have is a under mount/Belfast sink, the correct support must already be in place and it must sit level and flush with the units.8. Please be aware that if any panels, units or sink is not fitted on the arranged time of template a £250 +vat charge will be applied if a revisit is required.9. Please be aware that if you decide at the template to choose extra's, which are not included within the quote, there will be additional charges.10. Please be aware that we do not connect plumbing or gas, we do not fit over mount sinks, we only check that the cut out is the correct size. However we do secure the under mount sink to the worktop with silicone.11. If you have an existing worktop it must be removed before we come to template. If the above is not done extra charges will be carried out and the template will have to be rearranged.12. Please be aware that at the fitting we do not silicone along the top of the up stands where it meets the wall (we advise that you contact a painter/decorator to do this). Please also make sure that the silicone/resin has had time to properly set (we advise 24 hours) before any decorating or further work goes ahead this includes cleaning the worktops or cooking as this can cause damage to the joints and discoloration of the silicone.13. Please note that all materials remain the property of Obbsurfaces ltd until full payment has been received.
